AS a pedestrian, I couldnt agree more with Philip Nolans article on cyclists. I have seen two pedestrians hit while walking on the footpath by cyclists who didnt stop; why should they they didnt have registration numbers on their bikes.
I believe a man lost his life some years ago on Baggot Street when struck by a cyclist.See the full content of this document
