KEN LIVINGSTONE faced a new outcry last night after again refusing to apologise for comparing a Jewish reporter to a concentration camp guard.

In a display of defiance, the London Mayor rejected pressure to express regret, insisting: 'I have nothing to apologise for.' Britain's Chief Rabbi, Dr Jonathan Sacks, denounced his refusal as 'very disappointing,' and said it damaged the stature of his office.
