THE Pensions Ombudsman, Paul Kenny, has signed an agreement with the Revenue Commissioners to share information between them.
Mr Kenny said that during his investigations he may receive information which suggests an offence under the Tax or Pensions Act has been committed. Therefore it was very important that such information be made available to the relevant authority.See the full content of this document
