A GOOD SAMARITAN who jumped into the river Liffey to save a young mans life has been saddled with a EUR 66 hospital bill.

Outraged Romanian Ion Anghel has called on health chiefs to waive the hospital fee which was incurred when rescue workers insisted he take an injection for minor injuries he sustained in saving the drowning man.
