AFTER last week's first Test in Cardiff, the Ashes series continues at Lord's, the venue traditionalists wanted for the opening match. England have such a poor record here against Australia -- they've failed to secure an Ashes victory at the 'home of cricket' in more than seven decades -- that perhaps that switch of location was a tactical decision to help England avoid coming into the second Test with a one-match deficit -- and so they did, just holding on for a fortunate draw. Australian captain Ricky Ponting (pictured) has expressed his desire to claim the one major achievement that has eluded him: an Ashes series on English soil -- the wily campaigner will be using all of his experience to steer his squad towards victory.
