MINISTERS were accused of a 'craven' sell-out to the IRA yesterday as Northern Ireland Secretary Peter Hain defended plans to allow terrorists on the run an amnesty from arrest.

MPs shouted 'blackmail' as Mr Hain tried to justify the proposals to hand a clean slate to the killers who plotted the Enniskillen and Warrington bomb atrocities meaning they will never spend a day in prison for their crimes.
