Summary

IPSWICH manager Joe Royle has signed Charlton's transfer-listed defender Mark Fish on a month's loan. Royle moved quickly for the 31- year-old South African international after Jason De Vos suffered cracked ribs, which will keep him out for two to four weeks. 'Mark hasn't had much preseason football, but he will start against QPR at Loftus Road tonight,' said Royle.

MILLWALL have rejected offers from Sunderland and Southampton for David Livermore - but boss Colin Lee admits the chances of his player staying at the Den are no higher than 50-50. Livermore, who could face Coventry tonight after recovering from a thigh strain, handed in a transfer request two weeks ago and Lee would let the 25- year-old midfielder go for the right offer.
