MSPs warned last night that SNP plans to raise the cost of alcohol face being delayed or even thrown out.

Opposition parties have told the Nationalists they will not be able to 'sneak through' their proposals without a full vote on a new Bill that would make Scotland the first country in Europe to set minimum prices for alcohol.
