STAFF at the doomed Child Support Agency have been handed Pounds 25million in bonuses over the past five years, figures showed yesterday.
They were even paid almost Pounds 4million extra in 2006, the year in which the Government announced the agency, responsible for collecting child maintenance payments, would be scrapped because of poor performance.See the full content of this document
