ROYAL Mail workers are expected to ballot over strike action after the group said it would press ahead with sweeping changes to its final-salary pension scheme.
The retirement fund, which is one of the largest in the UK with 450,000 members and has a deficit of Pounds 5bn, will be closed to new members from the end of this month and normal retirement age will increase to 65 from 60, for benefits earned after 2010.See the full content of this document
