Summary
I'M NOT surprised if children these days are unable to speak or drink properly (Mail). I regularly travel on local buses and note it's very rare that the parent, usually the mother, ever talks to the children.
They're much too busy with their mobile phones talking and texting, completely ignoring the noisy children, who usually have either a bottle or a dummy in their mouths.See the full content of this document
