WHEN I was born, doctors didn't expect me to live very long. I was a 'blue baby' -- a heart condition meant oxygenated blood wasn't being pumped properly around my body. I could have gone into a coma and died at any time.

But I surprised everyone by making it to four, when I could have the surgery needed. After that I had a normal childhood.
