Summary
I CAN'T believe the new Justice Minister is proposing even more lenient sentencing in Scotland by tagging almost all varieties of offender. These people must inhabit a parallel universe if they don't realise that tagging is useless except for the minority.
They show great naivety in seeming to think the crime for which an offender is found guilty is the only one they've committed. With catch rates down to below 30 per cent, this is hardly likely.See the full content of this document
