I DON'T think my five-year-old eats enough nutritional food. She will have fruit and some vegetables (carrots, peas) at mealtimes, but eats only a couple of tiny mouthfuls.
She likes chicken, broccoli and Yorkshire pudding, but is easily put off if the meat or broccoli isn't 'cooked right'. She is small for her age. Could her diet put her at risk of allergies or illnesses such as diabetes in the future?See the full content of this document
