Zara managed to have her baby, but then started to deteriorate fast - only a heart transplant was going to save her. And, miraculously, just eight months after going on the transplant list, she got a call to say a heart was available.

Now, three months after the operation, the Daily Mail has arranged for her to travel back to one of the UK's main transplant centres, Papworth Everard Hospital in Cambridgeshire, to meet the people who gave her a second chance at life.
