Summary
SEGMENTING an orange is easy.
Slice off the top and bottom, then place it on a chopping board to cut away any remaining pith. Hold the orange in your hand over a bowl and slice each segment free by cutting either side of the membrane. SERVES FOUR.See the full content of this document
