THIS ten-minute supper is perfect for vegetarians. If you opt to use dried spaghetti, you might not meet the ten-minute deadline, but the result will be just as good. You can save time boiling water for pasta by heating half on the hob while boiling the rest in a kettle. Many cooks don't like to use water from the hot tap for cooking but, unless you have ancient lead water pipes, it is safe and also cuts minutes off the time. Serves four.
