I HAD the unfortunate experience of working for a 'brutal boss'. If they're the best, who are they best for? After 17 years of a successful sales career in financial services, my office was closed and I was moved 60 miles away where I encountered this rude, officious and persecuting individual.
In the 18 months I was there, I witnessed at least six colleagues of varying length of service being forced to resign. I suffered severe depression, stress and anxiety attacks resulting in a nervous breakdown.
