I CONGRATULATE the Mail for publishing the Organisation for Security Co-operation's declaration that the Soviet Union is as guilty as the Nazis for starting World War II.
The Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact was signed on August 23, 1939. On August 25, 1939, Britain and Poland signed the Mutual Assistance Pact committing Britain to declare war on Germany, but not, it would appear, on the Soviets for their common invasion of Poland.See the full content of this document
