VOTERS kicked out the Lisbon Treaty because they were unhappy over neutrality, workers rights, fears for Ireland's low corporation tax rate and excessive EU regulation, the Govern- ment's official survey on the fiasco has found.

But earlier Government claims that the issue of conscription was a major factor in the Lisbon referendum defeat were rubbished last night by the survey, which indicated that only two per cent of voters raised this issue as their main reason for voting No.
