Summary
I HAVE every sympathy with Hana Sysalova, who is unable to get a job after graduating in psychology (Letters), but surely the point of obtaining a degree is to ensure you will be able to find employment in the field in which you have been studying.
Most of my friends' sons and daughters who are at university appear to be studying psychology. Why? I don't know. Is it the 'in' subject, or are the students told that there's a shortage of psychologists? If so, they were obviously misinformed.See the full content of this document
