NATIONALIST MSP Alasdair Allan has criticised the leaders of Scotland's three Unionist parties for meeting in London with Scottish Secretary Des Browne and his Tory and LibDem shadows.

They will discuss the establishment of the so-called 'Wendy Commission', proposed by Holyrood Labour leader Wendy Alexander, which may eventually propose revisions of the Scotland Act and recommend the transfer of more powers from Westminster to Holyrood.
